In 2001, the Predators revealed their very first alternate jersey, opting for the opposite of subtlety with a design that was just as much striking as it is (now) iconic.  Not only did the jersey stand out as the only offering in the league to feature a brown mustard primary color, but also in its construction which featured a unique squared collar, a thick and heavy mesh material, and a glacier twill for name and number customization that gave it a distinct texture and sheen.  Not everyone loved this style, but all can agree it made a bold statement worn by some of the franchise legends.
